3 steps to a smooth transition
The SitecoreAI DAM Navigator package starts with an assessment of your requirements for your move to SitecoreAI. Through workshops and discussion, we will work with you to develop a plan for the rollout and adoption of SitecoreAI in your organization.
In this phase, we will involve ourselves in the implementation efforts managed by you and your implementation partner. We provide advisory services and assurance activities, including a ‘Go-live Readiness’ report prior to your launch.
During this 30-day period after your first go-live, every ticket raised by either you or your partner will have its severity raised to at least a P2 level. This assumes no critical issues uncovered in the ‘Go-live Readiness’ report.
