What’s different about the Expert and Assurance components in the Sitecore360 Pro tier

In the Sitecore360 Pro tier, your Technical Account Manager can provide expert advice as part of your ongoing relationship, and can also perform or facilitate Assurance Activities from our Activities list. In the Sitecore360 Standard and Plus tiers, the Expert component is provided via a portal where your questions are assigned to an individual from our global team, and the Assure component is delivered using a Points system, where you have a number of Points to spend on Activities of your choosing.

How are my entitlements (Learning Seats, Expert Hours, Assure Points, TAM Hours) calculated

Your entitlements depend on the size of your license. The bigger your license, the bigger your entitlements.

What if I want more of a particular entitlement from Sitecore360

You can purchase additional entitlements if you feel you don’t have enough entitlements for your needs.

The Sitecore AI Innovation Lab combines remote, virtual, and in-person sessions, including access to Microsoft Innovation Hubs in 40+ global cities. Collaborating closely with Microsoft experts, it headquartered in Dublin with additional teams in Sri Lanka.

Will the Sitecore AI Innovation Lab build features or solutions for me?

The Sitecore AI Innovation Lab enables customers to address their specific challenges with guidance from Sitecore and Microsoft experts, directly influencing the Sitecore's roadmap and shaping future solutions aligned to their needs.
